The hotel had great facilities, including a shared kitchen which was really convenient for making meals. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff were very good to ensure a pleasant stay.

The room I stayed in was quite small and lacked storage space for my belongings. It would have been nice to have a wardrobe or somewhere to keep my suitcase.

As a larger group of friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly polite, helpful, and nice. The location was perfect for us, as it was a short 5-minute walk to the Mercedes Benz Arena and the metro station was conveniently located just across the street. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the various facilities available, such as the cooking/eating area, gaming area, and even a photo booth in the lobby. Additionally, there were vending machines offering snacks, drinks, and essential items like toothbrushes and hand sanitizers.

The staff at the reception were also professional and helpful, ensuring a great stay. Plus, the location next to a large train station allowed for easy access to the city center.

They made my stay pleasant. You could walk to shopping centres and a supermarket. Fast check-in was a bonus. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

It is a hip new property located in Friedrichshain district not far from the Ostbahnhof train station, the East Side Gallery. Everything is good, I really enjoyed my time here.

Located adjacent to an impressive gallery & near a train station, the hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms have underfloor heating, free toiletries, hot water, and a plug outlet for each bed. guests can borrow clean towels at no cost. The bathroom is luxurious, with some rooms offering excellent views of the city.

There were instances where cleaning services were found lacking.

As soon as I stepped into this hotel, I loved its location. It is close to a big train station which makes it easy to go around this city. I could get a fast connection to all parts of the city as it was located next to a large train station. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the cleanliness of the rooms caught my immediate attention, even the bathroom was very comfortable. The breakfast that this hotel offered was diverse and nice. the staff at this hotel were very helpful and kind.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to explore the East Side Gallery and many nearby attractions easily on foot. The beds were comfortable and overall, we had a pleasant stay. Overall I recommend this hotel.
